The personal data subject grants the Public Association (PA) "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" consent to post, publish, and distribute information about themselves on the official internet resource of the League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan, in the member's personal account, electronic catalogs, directories, information databases, mobile applications, social networks, as well as other information resources administered by the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan". 2. The personal data subject is notified and agrees that the posted information may be accessible to an unrestricted number of persons, including Internet users. 3. The personal data subject grants consent to the publication of the following information: surname, first name, patronymic, creative pseudonym, photograph, video materials, profession, specialization, filmography, portfolio, awards, achievements, education, work experience, contact details (phone number, email address, links to social networks, and other means of communication), biographical information, and other information voluntarily provided by the personal data subject for posting on the information resources of the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan". 4. The personal data subject confirms that they are aware of the public nature of posting the specified information and grants consent to its use, reproduction, display, systematization, storage, updating, and distribution for the purposes of developing the cinematographic industry, popularizing the activities of the League members, facilitating professional interaction among industry participants, and promoting their creative activities. 5. The personal data subject grants consent to the creation and maintenance of a personal profile (personal account) on the official internet resource of the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan". 6. The personal data subject agrees that the information posted in the personal profile may be indexed by Internet search engines, displayed in search results, copied, saved, and viewed by third parties to the extent determined by the access settings of the respective information resource. 7. The personal data subject confirms that they independently bear responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, and legality of the information, documents, photographs, video materials, and other materials provided by them and posted in the personal profile, and also guarantees the availability of all necessary rights and consents from third parties for their use and publication. 8. The PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" does not bear responsibility for the inaccuracy of the information provided by the personal data subject, as well as for the consequences of the use by third parties of information lawfully published on the basis of this consent. 9. This consent is granted for the purposes of maintaining the register of members of the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan", creating and administering a personal profile (personal account), posting information about League members on the official internet resource, facilitating professional interaction among film industry participants, promoting the creative and professional activities of League members, organizing events, festivals, forums, competitions, film markets, educational and cultural projects, informing about the activities of the League, as well as developing the cinematographic industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 10. The personal data subject grants consent to the use of their image contained in photographs, video recordings, interviews, event materials, presentation, informational, and other materials, without payment of remuneration, for the purposes of forming a professional profile, publishing filmography, covering events, promoting the activities of the League, popularizing the achievements of the cinematographic industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and informing an unrestricted number of persons about the professional activities of the personal data subject. 11. The personal data subject agrees that personal data may be obtained directly from them, through a personal account, questionnaire, application for League membership, electronic forms, messengers, email, social networks, open sources of information, official websites of festivals, film credits, public professional resources, mass media, as well as other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 12. The PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" has the right to clarify, update, and supplement information about the personal data subject based on information provided by the personal data subject themselves, as well as information obtained from open and legal sources, provided that such processing corresponds to the purposes of this consent. 13. The personal data subject grants consent to the transfer of personal data to state bodies, organizers of events, festivals, forums, conferences, and other events in which the League or the personal data subject participates, solely to the extent necessary for the registration of participants, accreditation, issuance of passes, ensuring access to events, and complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 14. The personal data subject grants consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data in the event that the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" uses foreign servers, cloud services, software solutions, analytics services, mailing services, storage, backup, technical support, website administration, social networks, mobile applications, and other information resources, provided that the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection are observed. 15. The personal data subject is notified and agrees that the information published on the website and other information resources may be accessible to an unrestricted number of persons, indexed by search engines, saved in the cache of search engines, copied, distributed, and used by third parties. The PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" does not bear responsibility for the actions of third parties committed with respect to information lawfully published on the basis of this consent. 16. The personal data subject has the right to revoke this consent by sending a written request or an electronic notification to the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" in a manner that allows the applicant to be identified. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the collection, processing, posting, publication, and distribution of personal data carried out prior to the receipt of such revocation. 17. Upon receipt of the revocation of consent, the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" shall cease the processing of personal data or limit such processing to the extent provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except in cases where the further storage of certain information is necessary to confirm the legality of previously performed processing, protect the rights and legitimate interests of the League, fulfill legislative requirements, or preserve archival information about the activities of the League. 18. The termination of membership in the PA "League of Cinematographers of Kazakhstan" does not entail the automatic deletion of all previously published information if such information was lawfully posted prior to the termination of membership and its further storage is necessary for archival, reference, informational, reporting, or legal protection purposes of the League, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 20.
